Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Agent, Fallon Foster will offer Do Well, Be Well with diabetes. A program for adults with Type II diabetes along with their caregivers to help with portion control, reading nutritional labels, monitoring blood sugar, exercise and foot care just to mention a few topics. The classes will be held for five consecutive Tuesdays at the Mauriceville Community Center beginning, Aug., 16, 2-4 pm.
