The Bridge City Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony to welcome The Fajita Factory to its membership, Aug. 18. The Fajita Factory is locally owned and operated by Elver Uriostegui. They are conveniently located at 2198 Texas Ave. and open Monday-Saturday 4 a.m.-9 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m.-9 p.m.

Every Wednesday, first responders eat free at The Fajita Factory.
