Bridge City High School competed at the Sabine Pass UIL Academic Meet on Saturday, March 4, 2017. The following are the results from this contest: In Calculator Applications, Kendall Gibson placed 1st, Jacob Cunningham placed 2nd, and Zach Dionne placed 6th. The Calculator Applications team of Kendall Gibson, Jacob Cunningham, Zach Dionne, and Michael Tran took 1st place team. In Mathematics, Kendall Gibson took 2nd place. In Spelling, Nicholas Pfister took 6th place. In Poetry Interpretation, Bree Cloud took 6th place. The sponsor for these events is Kathie Dorman.
