Thomas C. “Tommy” Reinhardt, Sr.

Thomas C. “Tommy” Reinhardt, Sr. was born on February 26, 1950 in Michigan and passed away on June 28, 2017 in Beaumont, Texas at the age of 67. Tommy served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a life member of the Vidor V.F.W. Post 8246. He retired from Orange County Road and Bridge. Tommy loved spending time with his family and friends especially his grandchildren and great grandbabies. He loved playing golf and listening to his music. He was a character and well known for his funny personality and smart remarks. He will be loved always and forever remembered by everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Mary “Charlie” Reinhardt, sons, John E. Reinhardt of Houston, Thomas C. Reinhardt, Jr. of Vidor, daughters, Michele Reinhardt and fiance’, Mike Baker of Arlington, Regina Trussell and husband, Charles “Buddy” Trussell of Deweyville, brother, Troy Reinhardt and sister Donetha Reinhardt of Fort Worth. He is survived by 17 grandchildren, Damian, Alicia, Dylan, Rebecca, Taren, Hunter, Bradley, Victoria, Lilly, Dana, Jacob, Trach, Billy, Caitlyn Johne, Sarira and Peyton. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, Mia, Max, James, Lily, Messiah, Billy, Bryce and Bella.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Marie Reinhardt, brother, Johnny Reinhardt II and daughter-in-law, Roxanne Reinhardt.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, July 1, 2017 beginning at 12:00 P.M. The service will be held at Vidor VFW Post 8246, 2110 South Main Street, Vidor, Texas.
