Thomas Olan Stone, 70, of Orangefield, died Thursday, Sept. 2, 2010, at his home.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Bridge City. Officiating will be Revered Steven Leger of St. Henry Catholic Church in Bridge City. Cremation will be under the direction of Claybar Haven of Rest Crematory.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. with a rosary recited at 6 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home in Bridge City.

Vera Belle Hammerly Brister, 89, of Orange, Texas died Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2010, at Magnolia Place in Liberty. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 3, 2010, at Orange Forest Lawn Cemetery in West Orange. Officiating will be Judge Dennis Powell. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., Thursday at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.

Frank A. Guarnere, 82, of Vidor died Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2010 at Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Saturday, August 28 at Eastgate United Pentecostal Church in Vidor under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial  at Williamson Cemetery in Vidor.

Robert Scott Hankins, 48, of Lake Charles died at 11:26 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 21, 2010 in a Lake Charles hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 24 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel in Lake Charles. The Rev. Karl Klaus and the Rev. Roger Templeton will officiate. Burial will be in Consolata Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Monday from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. The family will be at the funeral home from 2-4 p.m. and from 6-8 p.m. on Monday. Visitation on Tuesday will be from 8 a.m. until 1p.m. A private visitation for the family will be from 1 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. prior to the funeral services.
