NHS raises money for families in need

Two area families were helped with funds raised by the OF NJHS
Members of the National Junior Honor Society at Orangefield Junior High decided to pay it forward. They sponsored a school wide campaign and raised $2,000 for two local families in need of assistance.
Kristen and Becky Sparks sponsor the organization.
“We are planning to host several other service oriented projects in the future,” said Kristen Sparks. “Hopefully, this organization will instill the importance of giving back to your community within our students.”
