Bridge City Troop 7 and Orangefield Troop 125 is teaming up with other scouts in the Golden Triangle to make two new troops traveling to Washington DC to celebrate the 100 years of Scouting.

They will be staying four days touring DC and 10 days in tents at Fort AP Hill, a retired military base in Virgina.

Jamborees’ participants have been camping there since the 80’s. Not only is this the 100 year anniversary of scouting, but this will be the last time the scouts will be able to camp at Fort AP Hill.
