John Arthur Sarth Jr., 69, of Orange, died Sunday, July 25, 2010, at VA Hospital in Houston. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 3 at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange with the Rev. Marv Howland officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Orange. Visitation will be from noon - 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Born in Port Arthur on Dec. 5, 1940, Johnny was the son of John Arthur Sarth Sr. and Ruby (Harris) Sarth. He served in the Navy during 1958-1961. Johnny also worked as a mechanic for Eastern Airlines.

B. K. “Kenny” Franklin, 63, passed away July 5, 2010 in Houston. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m., on Saturday, July 17 in the chapel of Dorman Funeral Home in Orange.
