Bridge City High School’s Student Council and National Honor Society are sponsoring the 2nd Annual Symphony of Trees.

Each club/organization/class/group was encouraged to decorate a tree.

Twenty eight trees will be on display December 3-21, 2007.

Students purchase tickets for a quarter or 5 for a $1 to raise $ for all of the various charities- they then vote with their tickets for their favorites.

All proceeds will be divided equally over the 20+ charities.

Special thanks to those in our community who donated trees- and Merry Christmas! Bridge City High School students and faculty made it official Monday-- the Christmas Season is here.

Carolers sang and a student band rocked the halls as 28 wondrously decorated Christmas trees were suddenly lit on Principal Gina Mannino’s que.

The event launched the 2nd Annual “Symphony of Trees” hosted by the BCHS Student Council and National Honor Society.

The event will be on display through December 21 and raises funds for charity.

Tickets for 25¢, or 5 for a $1, are sold to raise funds for various charities.

The student body then votes with their tickets for their favorite Christmas Tree..

Winners will be announced.

All proceeds is divided equally over the charities.
