Lady Bobcats continue winning ways

The Lady Bobcats of Orangefield continued their winning ways Friday night in Bobcat Gym by defeating the Bridge City Lady Cardinals 67-25.

It was win 20 for the state's 13th ranked Lady Bobcats who are enjoying an undefeated 11-0 dominance of Dist.

21-3A. Kaylin Little led the attack for the Lady Bobcats (20-9, 11-0).

Lauren Angelle and sister Jenna posted scrappy action on the court for the Lady Cards (6-16, 2-9).

Little scored a game high 22 points in the contest while teammates Allie Beach put up 14 points with eight rebounds.

Lady Bobcat Marissa Wyatt had seven points and four rebounds.

Jessica Weldon recorded seven points and Olivia Wagner scored five points with 10 rebounds.

Lady Cardinal Lauren Angelle posted a game high 13 rebounds.

Whitney Knippers scored six points with three rebounds and Mallory Guidry had five rebounds off the board.

This week the Lady Bobcats finsish their romp through Dist.

21-3A by taking on Hamshire-Fannett Tuesday and hosting the West Orange-Stark Lady Mustangs Friday.

The Lady Cardinals are at home next week host ing Kirbyville, Tuesday and Hamshire-Fannette, Friday.
