Easter Eggstravaganza Beauty Pageant for "Heartbeats of Hope"

We would like to invite everyone to attend the 13th Annual Easter "Egg"stravaganza Beauty Pageant to be held at the Bridge City Middle School on, March 1st.

There will be 2 boy's groups (0-2, 3-5) and 9 girl's groups (0-11m, 12-23m, 2, 3, 4-5, 6-8, 9-11, 12-14, 15-up). The attire will be Mother's Choice, which is either Sunday Best or Pageant wear.

We are awarding King/Queen, Prince/Princess, 1st and 2nd Alternate in each age division with the King/Queen and Prince/Princess BOTH receiving crowns.

Awards include: 2 crowns per group, monogrammed banners, trophies, and lots of Easter gifts. Every child entering the pageant will receive a trophy and an Easter gift. It is our goal to make every child feel like the winner they are!

The Entry fee is $60. Raffle tickets are available to sell if you would like help paying for your entry or to receive extra awards, but this in not manditory. The deadline for the ticket sales is, Feb. 15th.

This year we have decided to donate $10 for each contestant entered to "Heartbeats of Hope." We are honored to be able to help out in some small way to this wonderful organization. Heartbeats of Hope spends more than $25,000 yearly to provide gifts and services for children with cancer. It helps with gasoline, groceries, medical bills and rent money to aid families in Southeast Texas whose children and youth are battling cancer. The organization was founded in 1999 in memory of Vidor teen Katie Pittman, who lost her life to leukemia that year. The Director of Heartbeats of Hope is Ms. Sally Kirkpatrick.
