To welcome the Year of the Rat, the Chinese Association of Southeast Texas will host its 16^th annual New Year celebration party on Saturday, February 9, 6:00 p.m., at the Best Value Inn Hotel, located at 2525 N. 11^th Street in Beaumont. In addition to authentic Chinese food, there will be door prizes, lucky money for children and a program of entertainment for everyone.
