Pink Lemonade Ice Box Pie
School is out, summer is here and kids are ready for summer fun. Swimming pools are going up. Camping gear is being dragged out of the garage and tents are being set up to check for tears.
People are checking their cookbooks for easy and refreshing recipes.
Our friend Bev. from Walley World gave me this recipe of Mary Wyble’s. It seems easy and quick even kids can do this for themselves.
16 ounces Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 can frozen pink lemonade
1 graham cracker crust
Mix cool whip, Eagle Brand and frozen pink lemonade together. Pour into graham cracker crust, then refrigerate for at least two to four hours, then serve.
This is short but sweet, thanks to Charles. He was going to proof read it for me and pushed the wrong button and deleted the whole thing. So we had to rewrite.
