DEA appreciates Orange County efforts
Orange County Sheriff Keith Merritt announced that several sheriff’s personnel have received Certificates of Appreciation from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). These certificates were issued for the outstanding efforts in assisting the DEA with several major drug cases from 2006 to present.
The professionalism and expertise displayed by each of them is readily apparent and has been continuously demonstrated when assisting the DEA. The awards went to Lt. Tom Ray, Investigative Assistant Sharon Dunn, Sgt. Rick Clark and Precinct 2 Constable Robert Strause.
The four were commended for their exemplar drug enforcement work provided to the Drug Enforcement Administration from 2006 to the present. Representatives from the DEA’s Houston office presented the awards.
