Mrs. Mary Langton, 76, of Orange, passed away on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 16 at 10 a.m. at Dorman Funeral Home, with the Rev. Larry Delcambre officiating. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, at Beech Grove Cemetery in Louisiana. A visitation will be held on Monday, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the funeral home. 

She was a native of Belton, Texas; born on May 27, 1933 to parents, Ernest Hatfield and Ethel (Hutchins) Hatfield. She was a long time resident of Southeast Texas. She was a faithful member of Hartburg Baptist Church since 1989. Mary enjoyed serving the Lord and witnessing to others. She was a retired employee of Owens Illinois as a maintenance dispatcher. She enjoyed the outdoors; working in her yard, going fishing and spending time with her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who will be missed dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Adrain Langton; brother, Elmer Hatfield; sister, Ernestine Hatfield. 

She is survived by her daughter, Gail Langton of Orange; son, Gary Langton and his wife, Liz of Deweyville; sisters, Mabel Shoemaker of Colorado Springs, Colo, Judy Hogg of Henderson; grandchildren, Charles McKinley, Eric Ihle, Sandra Bickham, Heidi Moss; and three great-grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers are Charles McKinley, Eric Ihle, Joseph Moss, Jonathan Bickham, Otis Hennigan and Bobby Kuchar.
