The Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce congratulates Lindsey Karasik as May’s Student of the Month. Ms. Karasik attends Little Cypress-Mauriceville High School where she is on the “A” Honor Roll. She is currently a senior and plans to attend University of Texas Austin where she will major in civil engineering.

Lindsey is the Key Club vice president, the president of National Honor Society, and the St. Frances CYO senior representative. She also sings in her church band and plays the guitar.

Lindsay plays softball, volleyball, and was a member of the homecoming court.

Her teachers say that she is intelligent, responsible, and has quiet nobility. These characteristics are reflected by the caliber of her work; she is considered an outstanding student in both English 3 and French.
