Sting nets prostitution arrests

Three Orange women face prostitution charges after Orange and Vidor police conducted a sting operation in the Orange city limits Tuesday.
According to Capt. Sparky Robinson with the Orange department, the operation was targeted toward street level prostitution during daytime hours.
Shanna Meaux and Mary Ellen Brooks were arrested and charged with misdemeanor prostitution, reports showed.
Annett Fulcher had three or more convictions and was arrested and charged with prostitution state jail felony, Robinson said.
The three were released to the Orange County jail without incident.
