Kay Jones was named as Employee of the Month by the Bridge City Chamber of Commerce at their monthly coffee held at Gulf Credit Union in Bridge City.
“Employers who phone BCB are surely envious of us for keeping the human touch in our phone greeting. It is upbeat, attentive and has a welcoming ring to it. Kay Jones possesses the ideal spirit and character of a receptionist.
Customers receive a friendly voice and jolly smile,” said Kim Davis. “Kay loves what she does and we, BC Bank management, appreciate what she does in keeping our standards of service.”
Jones also greets those who walk in the front door. She is very cooperative, always willing to help and is a pleasure to work with said Davis

Jones rarely misses work, and has maintained a cheerful, positive attitude in spite of dealing with difficult circumstances in her personal life. “She is definitely an asset to the bank,” said Davis
