Holden found not guilty in Foskey case
James Holden was spared a potential life sentence when he was found not guilty by an Orange County jury Friday.
The announcement came in around 2:45 p.m., according to sources at the courthouse.
The jury was handed the case Thursday.
The 42-year-old was accused of killing 28-year-old Theresa Foskey in 1995.
Police theorized she was murdered in her Bridge City mobile home. The body was found later in various pieces in local waterways.
