The Orange County grand jury this week charged Mark Dewey Martinez, 44, of Orange, with indecency with a child stemming from a January, 2008, incident.

According to District Attorney John Kimbrough’s office, Martinez is accused of exposing himself sexually to children. The indictments reported that several drug and felony theft charges were also issued.

Individuals listed are from Orange, unless otherwise indicated.

Felony criminal mischief and felony theft charges went to Raymond Timothy Craig, 29, of Nacogdoches. He is accused of causing extensive property damage at a home improvement store, and also stealing several items.

Donald Keith Rhodes, 46, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance. Clifton Dewayne Locks, address unknown, faces the same charge in a separate case.

Charged with sexual assault in three different cases is Joseph Emery Wyatt, 62, of Vidor.

Other charges include: Felony possession of a controlled substance – Michael Jerome Villadsen, 48, listed as a transient; Aubraledda Detrease Hines, 32; Brad David Sims and Robert Daniel Sims, 35; Eula Mae Vital, 34, of Atlanta, Ga.; Tierra Danielle Dantzler, 21; Robert James Lett, 35, and Armando Jermaine Washington, 36, all of Moss Point, Miss.; Bobby James Cotton Jr., 22; and Jimmy  Dean Holland; 49, of Port Neches.

Burglary of a building: Arnold Franklin Horton, 49, of Vidor; Lawrence Sidney Brooks, 47; and Ernest Jamale Mouton, 17.

Debit card abuse, Brian Ruston Linscomb, 42.

Felony theft : Rebecca Sue Smith, 48, of Vidor; Melvin Ray Thornton, 31, of Vidor; Delanie Roshell Morris, 39; Doc Owen Wycoff, 22, of Rosenberg; Marvin Dewitt Holmes, listed as a transient; and Kimberly Kirkwood, 37.

Tampering with governmental records : Harry Wyatt Pymm, 21, of Vidor.

Felony DWI: Robert Melvin Harrington, 49, of Vidor; Frank Randall Fuller, 46, of Beaumont.

Unlawful possession of a firearm by felon: Andra Powell Jr., 37; Jonathan Edward Greer, 27.

Robbery: Kensley Wade Barrett, 29; Lydia Christine Stafford, 23.

Felony assault: Crystal Gail Carnahan, 23, of Vidor.

Felony forgery: Danielle Nicole Slaughter, 25, of Beaumont.

Burglary of a habitation: Randy Paul Williams, 23, of Vidor.

Felony evading arrest: Ashlee Elizabeth King, 19, of Pflugerville.
