The Orange County Grand Jury met on Wednesday, Dec. 15 and returned the following true bills of indictment. The allegations are as follows:
TAMPERING WITH GOVERNMENTAL RECORDS
Colt Allston Rash, DOB: 10-12-83, of Orange.
FELONY THEFT
Gamber Linus Friberg Jr., DOB: 7-8-70, of Orange; and Charles Edward Declouet, DOB: 8-23-62, of Orange.
DEBIT CARD ABUSE
Mark Anthony Branson, DOB: 5-26-83; and Robyn Catherine Schmidt, DOB: 9-2-75, of Bridge City.
AGGRAVATED ROBBERY
Cecil Byron Michael, DOB: 7-16-77, of Orange.
FELONY DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED
Martha Jo Nance, DOB: 11-8-61, of Orange.
