Jimmie Lee Certa Feuge
On Tuesday, Jan. 4, Jimmie Lee Certa Feuge passed away in Houston. She was 82 years old. Services for Jimmie will be held Friday, Jan. 7, 10:00 a.m. at Northside Baptist Church with the Rev. Reagan Cooksey officiating and interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Port Arthur at 3:00 p.m. Family will receive friends Thursday, Jan. 6 at 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Huntsville, Texas.
Jimmie was born on April 17, 1928, in Peason, Louisiana, to James Loy McInnis and Ruby (Aldridge) McInnis.
Jimmie is preceded in death by parents, husband, John J. Certa, son-in-law, Joseph D. Bartee and brother, James McInnis.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, John J. Certa, Jr. (Jana); daughter, Darinda K. Bartee; Keith D. Certa (Cathy); grandchildren, Tandi Certa, Brandi Myers (Ryan), Kevin Bartee (Judy), Jason Bartee and Ryan Certa; great-grandchildren, Brynlee and Reed Myers; and nieces, nephews and friends.
Jimmie worked for many years in education as Attendence Clerk at Lutcher Stark High School in Orange, Texas and then at Orange Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church in Huntsville. Jimmie loved her family and the time spent with them was precious.
