Four seniors from LC-M High School were inducted into the National Honor Society recently. Inductees include: Kelcie Breshears, Michele Rigsby, Katelyn Defrates, and Kacy Manshack.

Earlier in the year several other students were inducted into NHS. They are: Darian Buchanan, Payton Burns, Ginny Ann Byerly, Paul Daleo, Catherine Davis, Kourtney Derouen, Emily Dodd, Brittany Fairchild, Bailey Gilbeaux, Troy Gilbeaux, Mallarie Hearn, Elyssa Howell, Erica Hsu, Alicia Hubbard, Dmitri LaCour, and Madison Laurence.

Others who received honors were: Kaley Lemoine, Madison Locke, Haley Matthews, Sarah Michaelis, Jessica Mugleston, Casey Myers, Jordan Parker, Minesh Patel , Ian Patsfield, Cyrena Peterson, Hayden Reed, Megan Romero, Jonathan Schilz, Peyton Taylor, Emaley Torbert, and Lyndsey Windham.

Caroline Hennigan, sponsor of NHS, announced that the group earned over $250 in March for the Pennies for Patients program, which funds research for a cure of cancer in children.
