Orange police arrested a 26 year old Orange woman for burglary of a habitation and outstanding warrants Thursday, after witnesses observed her leaving a home that had been broken into, carrying a large flat screened television.

The woman, Lydia Christine Stafford, reportedly put the television into an older model Cadillac and drove away. Witnesses were able to provide police with a description of the woman and her car.

When officer pulled Stafford over, they found her to be in possession of a television matching the description of the one stolen, a blu-ray disc player and some clothing.

Stafford was placed under arrest for burglary of a habitation, and transported to the Orange County Jail.
