Woman arrested for criminal trespass
Tuesday afternoon, Officer Jason Ashworth with the Orange Police Dept. responded to the HEB in the 2400 block of 16th St. in reference to a criminal trespass report. Upon arrival, Ashworth met with the assistant service manager, who reported that the female trespasser had been given a trespass warning about two weeks before.
The woman was identified as Angela Mary Goza-Gilmore, of Vidor. Police checked the criminal trespass log, maintained by the Orange Police Dept., showed that Gilmore had been given a trespass warning on April 12.
A representative for HEB stated that the store will press charges against Gilmore for criminal trespass. She was taken into custody and transported to the Orange County Jail for processing.
