of the Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce gathered on Thursday at the

St. Mary Catholic School Festival Grounds (located at 2600 Bob Hall

Road, Orange, Texas) for the official ribbon cutting celebrating the

upcoming 77th Annual St. Mary Spring Festival which will take place this Saturday and Sunday (April 30 & May 1).


Joseph Daleo, and St. Mary School Students, Faculty, and Volunteers

welcomed the chamber ambassadors and other special guests to the ribbon

cutting. St. Mary Student Council President, McKenzie Dileo, told the

guests about all the exciting events and attractions of the weekend-long

festival and encouraged everyone to bring their families out to enjoy

the fun by promising, “There will be fun for all ages at our festival.”

Highlights of the weekend festivities will include:


– Games, Floating Human Bubble, Inflatables, *Plant Booth and the 3rd

Annual Beach Volleyball Tournament Sponsored by the Orange County Car


GREAT FOOD – Altar Society Sweet Shoppe, Mexican Food, Gumbo, Delicious Festival Burgers, Funnel Cake, Fried Oreos, and Hot Boiled Crawfish – 3 lbs with Corn and Potatos for only $10

GRAND PRIZE RAFFLE– Take-A-Chance Basket Winners and the Grand Prize Dixie Chopper Winner will be announced Sunday at 6 PM.
