By now, most of my readers have heard that I had a stroke on May 14. I am now on the road to recovery but my right hand still hasn’t fully recovered. My right hand is a little stubborn, kinda like it’s owner.
I spent 17 days in Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. I am home now and doing pretty good.
Lucky for me, I had some articles to fall back on, however, I do need some more. So dig them out and send some to me (fax to 735-4233).
Charles has been preparing his own frozen pancakes for breakfast. I prepared it this morning and he told me that they were always too hard when he’d make them.
You have to remember not to cook frozen too fast or too long. Some things you have to defrost before preparing. It’s hard to mess up frozen food, however it can be done.
The best thing you can do is to read the instructions before you start, not after you’ve gone and messed up.
