Cecil Tolliferro Lovelace, 93, of Witter, Arkansas, died Sept. 5, at Meadowview Healthcare and Rehab in Huntsville, Arkansas.

 He was born Feb. 20, 1918 at Stanley, Arkansas, the son of Edwin Tolliferro and Clara Tweet Beene Lovelace.

He was a carpenter and a veteran of World War Two serving in the United States Navy. He was a member of the Huntsville Branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a former member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners.

Survivors include his wife, Cora Ila Craig Lovelace of the home whom he married on Sept. 9, 1939; four sons and daughters-in-law, Tolly and Connie Lovelace and Ronnie and Dolores Lovelace, all of Woodville, Barry and Debbie Lovelace of Joshua, TX and Lynn and Tina Lovelace of Orange; four daughters and sons-in-law, Cecilia and Michael Weickersheimer of Kingston, Arkansas, Pam and Jack Rightsell of Witter, Lisa and Lyle Countryman of Humble, and Jayne and Jeff Sablotne of Bella Vista, Arkansas; one sister, Katherine “Dink” Shuffield of Bryant, Arkansas; thirty-five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A. M. Saturday, Sept. 10, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with President Michael Weickersheimer officiating.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A. M. Monday, Sept. 12, at the Fayetteville National Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas.

Pallbearers will be: Beau Smith, James Lovelace, Dakin Lovelace, Dwight Rives, Benjamin Rightsell, Michael Countryman, Josh Foster and Jace Lovelace.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 P. M. to 7:00 P. M. on Friday at the funeral home.
