Hamburger Corn Casserole

I do a lot of casseroles. They are easier to put together and throw into the oven to bake. One thing you can’t hardly ever make a mistake. If you put in an extra ingredients who knows. What they don’t know won’t hurt them. They will just think that you have found another recipe.

1 1/2 lb. ground meat

1 cup chopped onions

1 package frozen corn

1 can of cream and chicken soup

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

3/4 tsp. salt (optional)

1/4 tsp pepper

3 cups cooked noodles

3 tsp melted butter

1 cup soft bread crumbs

Lightly brown ground meat, add corn and onions (cook until golden but not brown) add soups, sour cream, and salt if you want. Mix well stir in noodles. Season to taste. Put in ungreased two and a half quart casserole. Add butter to bread crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Freezes Well.
