Orange man arrested for trespassing
Wednesday afternoon, Sgt. J.C. Steele, with the Orange Police Dept., was in the area of 16th St. and Burton when he observed a white male, who he knew on sight as 29 year old Lewis Hill, of Orange.
Hill was observed to be in the Walgreens parking lot, in the 1400 block of 16th St., where he had a prior trespass citation issued to him, within the last few weeks.
Sgt. Steele contacted dispatch for a check for the criminal trespass. Dispatch advised that the trespass citation had been issued to Hill Nov. 20, and was given by the m anager of Walgreens.
Upon contact with the assistant manager of the store, she stated that as a representative of Walgreens, she wished to file charges against Hill for trespassing.
Hill was placed into custody for criminal trespass, and taken to the Orange County jail.
