Rainfall leaves many Orange County streets flooded

Widespread rainfall throughout Southeast Texas on Tuesday left many streets in Orange County flooded.
Orange County was expected to receive two to four inches of rain, but some areas have received five inches of rain.
The county is expected to have rainfall throughout the evening and is in a flash flood watch until 9 p.m.
