Wednesdays, June 27, officers with the Orange Police Dept. were dispatched to the Cypress Plaza #3, in the 1600 block of Park in reference to a robbery. Upon arrival at 10:10 pm, officers made contact with the clerk.

The clerk advised police that a black male, wearing all black clothing, came into the store with a small caliber weapon, pointed it at the clerk, and demanded cash. Another black male, wearing a black and white hat, black shirt and gray pants, stood at the door as a lookout.

Both suspects left the store on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.

The clerk was not harmed, and the incident is under investigation.
