Joyce Myers, 76, of Vidor died Wednesday, July 4, at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 7, at Eastgate United Pentecostal Church in Vidor under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor.

Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. on Friday, July 6, at Eastgate United Pentecostal Church in Vidor.

Born on Oct. 18, 1935 and a native of Morse, La., she was a longtime resident of Orange, she has lived in Vidor for three and a half years, and was a homemaker. Joyce was a member of Eastgate United Pentecostal Church in Vidor.

Joyce is survived by her husband Curley Myers Sr. of Orange; sons Curley John Myers Jr. of Orange, and Rudolph Myers of Bridge City; daughters Patricia Ann Miller of Houston, Kathy Campbell of Mauriceville, Margie Droddy of Vidor and Tammy Cruise of Houston; brothers Blackie LeBlanc and Lee LeBlanc both of Morse, La.; sisters Betty Jean LeJeune of Crowley, La., Eula LeBlanc of Morse, La., Annie Crochet and Viola LeBlanc both of Jennings, La., and Earline Menard of Vidor; twenty-two grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
