Pinehurst PD search for two suspects in aggravated robbery
The Pinehurst Police Department received a report of an aggravated robbery on Friday, Sept. 14 that occurred at a trailer park in the 3800 block of Pheasant Drive.
It was reported to Officer B. Foley that a 16 year-old white female gave a white male and white female a ride from a convenience store in the 800 block of Strickland Drive in Orange. They requested to be brought to the trailer park on Pheasant Drive.
Upon arriving at the trailer park the white male produced a handgun and ordered the victim out of the vehicle. He and the other white female drove away in the victim’s vehicle. They also took the victim’s purse and cell phone.
The male suspect was described as having a tattoo “sleeve” on his left arm. The vehicle was located a short time later in East Orange. The victim was not injured during the robbery.
Aggravated Robbery is a first degree felony punishable by five to 99 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
