BCHS proudly welcomes all alumni to Homecoming 2012, Friday, Oct. 26. We hope all alumni will "come home" for the event, and visit the reception being held prior to the homecoming football game.

All former BCHS Band members and Cardinal Singers will be special guests at a reception held prior to the game on Friday, October 26. The event will be held in the BC Middle School Gym (formerly the BCHS Gym), and will begin at 5:30 pm. Plans are underway for videos, photos, and scrap books to be on display for all to celebrate and enjoy. A photographer will be available for any group pictures.

The BCHS Band Boosters are desperately seeking band panoramic pictures that were destroyed or lost during Hurricane Ike and misplaced over the past few years. They have plans to frame all group pictures and display them in the band hall. Following are the missing years for the high school groups: 1977-78, 1979-80, 2001-02, 2003-04, 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-2010, 2010-2011, and 2011-12. Junior High group pictures that are missing: 1970-71, 1977-78, 2001-02, 2002-03, 2003-04, 2004-05, 2005-06, 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12. The classes of 1962, 1972, 1982, 1992, and 2002 will be honored this year along with the 50+ year graduates at the pre-game gathering in the Bridge City Middle School Gym at 5:30PM on Friday, Oct. 26.

The class of 1962 is added to the Classic Cardinals this year. Classic Cardinals include the classes of 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, and 1962.These classes have been graduated 50 years from Bridge City High School. A reunion will be held in their honor at Bridge City High School Cafeteria at 6:00 pm on Saturday, Oct. 27.

The next Bridge City High School Alumni Association meeting is Thursday, October 11th at 5:00PM. All alumni are invited to the meeting.
