Jansen Roy Lewis, 45, of Orange, died Nov. 21, at University Hospital in San Antonio, after a short illness. Mr. Lewis resided in Orange for many years and was a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Orange. He also was a 1984 graduate of West-Orange Stark High School.

Going home celebration will be Saturday at 3:00 pm at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Orange, where the Rev. Calvin C. Jones is Pastor. The Rev. David McDonald will be giving the eulogy. Visitation will be at the church from 1:30 pm til time of service. Interment to follow at Hollywood Cemetery under the direction of Colonial Memorial Chapel.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories his wife, Carletha White of Port Arthur; four sons, Quincy Solomon, Jason Platt, Darrell Lewis and Jasmen Platt all of Orange; one sister, Robbie Daugherty Young of Houston; 10 Grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
