Heaven has welcomed our much loved mother, grandmother and friend home. Mary Carol Fenner, was born Sept. 7, 1920 and passed away April 28. She was 92 years young. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, May 1, at Farmer Funeral Home, with interment following in Antioch Cemetery in Buna. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 9:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mary was preceded in death by her sister Anne McCoy of Corpus Christi; and brother Billy Jackson of Three Rivers, OK.

Left here to celebrate her life are her daughter Vedna Lester of Mauriceville; sister Catherine Netherland of Tulsa OK; grandchildren Jerry and Sandy Hrncir of Kountze, Karen and Buster Ogden of Buna, Phillip Hrncir of Mauriceville, and his family, Carol Haynes of Roganville and Kim and Waylon Lewis of Western Grove AR; 23 great grandchildren; 15 great-great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and adopted daughters and sons.

Mary called Silsbee Convalescent her home for the last eight years. She also lived in Mauriceville, and before that, she was a lifelong resident of Corpus Christi. She was known to most as a prayer warrior, to others a mentor, a teacher, a good listener. Never judging, always full of love and compassion for each person she met. She was loved by many and will be missed terribly. She never failed to tell you, God bless you real good!, or ask do you know my Jesus?

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Manuel Tyler's Ministry, c/o Church of God of Prophecy, 690 N 7th St, Silsbee TX 77656. Brother Tyler has been a faithful servant, and preaches at the convalescent center each Sunday.
