Betty Woolwine, 67, of Vidor died Wednesday, June 12, at Christus St. Patrick Hospital, in Lake Charles. She has lived in Vidor for 10 years, and was a retired LVN with Texas Home Health Care in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with cremation to follow at Haven of Rest Crematory in Orange.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Tami McDonald; and husband Russell; brother, James Tanner, and sister Glenda Benefield.

Betty is survived by her husband Earl Woolwine, of Vidor; daughter, Carrie Williams, and her husband Johnny, of Pampa, TX; six step children, Earl Woolwine, Jr. of Sulphur, Bobby Woolwine of New Iberia, LA, Lisa Dunn of Houston, Theresa Woolwine, of Delcambre, LA, Katherine Finch, of Conroe, Anita Woolwine, of Chicago, IL; brother, Billy Tanner and wife Elizabeth of Natchez, MS.; sister Gloria Bonds and husband William of Roxie, MS.; sister-in-law, Jeanette Krodel of Florida; grandchildren, Joseph Johnson, of San Diego, CA., Joshua Seyfarth, of Nashville, Aaron Durham, of Aransas Pass, and great grandson, James Wayne Johnson of Pampa, and a host of nieces and nephews.
