Driver dies on IH-10, possible seizure

According to Trooper Stephanie Davis, Orange County Sheriff’s deputies discovered a disabled vehicle around 4:20 p.m., Sunday on Interstate 10 near FM 1442. The Department of Public Safety was notified and began an investigation.

The driver of a 2002 Chevrolet passenger vehicle was traveling westbound on Interstate 10 and possibly suffered a seizure while operating the vehicle. The vehicle left the roadway and came to a stop without striking any other vehicles or highway structures.

The driver, 50 year old Kelvin Gene Blake of Houston, was pronounced dead at the scene by Judge Derry Dunn.
