Expo Center is venue for Bayou Bowl Banquet

The 2013 Bayou Bowl Banquet will be hosted by the Bridge City Chamber of Commerce at the newly completed Orange County Convention and Expo center located at 11475 FM 1442.
The new location was announced Tuesday.
The event starts at 7 p.m., Nov. 4 and will feature Orangefield and Bridge City varsity football players, cheerleaders, drum line and senior band members, BC Strutters and the Sophisticats, plus coaches from both teams.
The public may purchase tickets at $15 per seat or buy a table that seats six for $200. Tickets may be purchased at the Chamber Office. If they can’t make it by the Chamber they can call or email [email protected] to reserve their spot and pay with credit card.
They will also be selling tickets at the door but due to the Expo Center’s rental charge per table they will not set up a lot of extras.
Menu for the night will be gumbo, potato salad, tea and cake. Van Choate with Hushpuppy will be the sponsor of the meal.
