Orange search warrant results in drugs seizure and arrest

Officers with the Orange Police Department Narcotics Division, with the assistance of the Orange County SWAT team, executed a Search Warrant around 10:30 p.m., Friday at 103 Dahlia, Orange. Upon executing the warrant, a search of the residence was conducted. Officers located a felony amount of cocaine, misdemeanor amount of marijuana, hydrocodone pills, as well as a stolen firearm. Officers arrested the suspect, the lone resident of the home, who was identified as Andrew Bernard Martin.

Martin, who had a previous felony conviction, was placed into custody for Felon in Possession of a Firearm in addition to the various narcotic charges. Martin was transported to the Orange County Jail where he was booked and released to the custody of the jail staff.
