On Nov. 7, 2013, at 4 p.m., Officers from the Orange Police Department Narcotics Division executed a search warrant at the “Smart Stop,” located at 811 Strickland Dr. Orange, Texas, in reference to the store employees selling “Bath Salts.”

Officers recovered over 70 bags of “Bath Salts,” a .25 caliber pistol, and several thousand dollars in cash.

Two employees on duty (both residents of Orange) were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, a 2^nd degree felony, Muhammad Faisal, 37 and Miguel Angel Velasquez, 31.
