Nancy Faye Hamilton, 64, of Fairmount, died in the Houston Hospice In-patient unit Tuesday, Dec. 17.

Nancy was born in Port Arthur to John Farris and Nell Inez Rogers Nusom. She has lived in Fairmount for four years before coming from Bridge City. Nancy was a member of the Fairdale Baptist Church in Fairmount.

Nancy is survived by her husband Milton Hamilton of Fairmount; sons, John Hamilton and his wife Amber of Colmesneil, David Hamilton and his wife Brandy of Lake Jackson; grandchildren; Lauren, Haley, Joshua, Johnathan, Ryan and Allie. She is also survived by her sisters, Gaynell Johnson and her husband Elmo of Bridge City, and Joan Simmons and her husband Hoyt of Bevil Oaks.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, Saturday, Dec. 21, in the Fairdale Baptist Church in Fairmount, until funeral service time at noon. Burial will follow in the Mt. Sinai Cemetery, in Fairmount.
