Monday, Feb. 17, at approximately 12:55 a.m., Officer Jocelyn Trussell of the Pinehurst Police Department observed two black males walking in the 3200 block of Lancelot Street in Pinehurst.

Devin Michael Gray, 17 years of age, and Kevondric Fezia, 18 years of age, both of Orange were arrested for unlawfully carrying a weapon. Gray was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

If convicted on the weapons charge, both men could face up to one year in jail and a $4000 fine.
