Lamar Institute of Technology will have an orientation for new students from 9:00 a.m. to noon on June 11. The session will be at the Multi-Purpose center at 802 E. Lavaca.

To get the most out of a session, prospective students should have applied and have been admitted to LIT prior to attending, but it is not mandatory.

Other orientation dates and times are June 25, 1:00-4:30 p.m .; July 15, 9:00 a.m.-noon; July 23, 1:00-4:30 p.m .; and Aug. 6, 9:00 a.m.-noon.

Those interested only have to attend one session, and parents are welcome.
