The Bridge City Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting to welcome Little Caesars to Bridge City on Aug. 26. Little Caesars is owned by the Breaux family, lifelong Southeast Texans. The principal owner, Curtis D. Breaux, grew up in Port Arthur, and upon marrying Lisa after high school, they had three children and settled in the Hamshire Fannett community of Labelle.

A striking similarity to the citizens of Bridge City, they too were flooded under four feet of water during Hurricane Ike, and forced to move.

They have seen the destruction, as well as the recovery of the local communities, and wanted to be a part of that.

The Breaux’s, nearing retirement after nearly 30 years in law enforcement and education, were seeking a business where they could work for themselves, and provide opportunities for the employment of others, and support a strong community that has displayed the willingness to bounce back as well as help each other.

Their daughter Lauren, recently graduated from Texas A&M University with a business degree, and will manage the business, while their other two children, Alex, also a police officer, and Kaylee, a freshman at Lamar University, will be helping out as well.

The Breaux’s applied for a “Little Caesars” franchise, due to its simple concept, a quality product, and most importantly, the fact that it is a family run business. They were offered the Bridge City area, to which they immediately agreed to accept.

The Breaux’s have many friends in the Bridge City area, and want to be a part of this city’s growth. They believe in “giving back”, and will see to it that “Little Caesars” participates in many community activities such as education, athletics, fine arts, charities and other projects. Though this is an international franchise, The Breaux’s want this to be a family/community oriented business.

“Customers demand high standards for quality and service, and we’re ready to exceed their expectations,” said Little Caesars franchise owner Curtis Breaux. “We look forward to serving the Bridge City and surrounding communities with delicious Little Caesars HOT-N-READY® pizza.”

Little Caesars’ delicious, large HOT-N-READY pizzas are made with high quality ingredients including naturally-aged mozzarella cheese, dough made fresh daily in the stores and sauce made with tomatoes picked at the peak of ripeness. All for just $5 plus tax.

Giving back to the communities in which Little Caesars does business has been part of the Little Caesars business philosophy since shortly after the franchise began in 1959. Little Caesars looks forward to continuing its support of the Bridge City community and supporting local schools, churches and community organizations.

The restaurant opened on Tuesday, Aug. 26. Some of the menu items featured in their store include HOT-N-READY® pizza, DEEP!DEEP!™ Dish , Crazy Bread®, Caesar Wings® and Caesar Dips®.
