Two Vidor men were arrested early Thursday for possession of methamphetamine. According to police investigators, Vidor police were on foot patrol in the 1900 block of Dogwood when a person was observed walking in the area ahead of them. The officers heard dogs barking in the area where the man was seen, and went to investigate the area. Two men were standing near a pickup, and they appeared to be taking items from the cab of the truck.

The two men were identified as Daron Dylan Skiles, and Albert "Buster" Glenn Duke. As officers were speaking with the men, both were found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Both were placed under arrest.

A search of the residence revealed more methamphetamine, and related drug paraphernalia.

Both men were transported to the Orange County Jail. Both were arraigned by JP David Peck, and were given bonds of $1,000 each for possession of a controlled substance.
