An Orange man was arrested Monday after stripping down in the street, and admitting to police he had smoked PCP.

Police were responding to a call in reference to Raymond Mallett being intoxicated and causing a disturbance. While traveling North on 10th St., officers observed Mallett laying in the middle of the street. When police pulled up, they observed Mallett taking his clothes off to the point that he was completely nude.

Mallett was taken into custody for public intoxication, and two outstanding warrants. He was taken to Baptist Hospital in Orange for minor abrasions, and then was cleared for transport to the Orange County Jail.
