Orange chapter of DAR holds luncheon

The William Diamond Chapter of The Daughters of the American Revolution of Orange will have their annual Constitution Day Luncheon Saturday, Sept. 20, at 11:00.

The luncheon will be held at Sunset Grove Country Club, 2900 W. Sunset Dr., in Orange. The luncheon will be a buffet of catfish and honey pecan chicken, vegetables, salad, dessert, and drinks for $17.95 - payable at the door.

Guest speaker will be Robert "Bob" Hollier, a retired history and government teacher. He will present an informative program on "History of the Electoral College".

Any woman 18 years or older who can prove lineal descent from a patriot of The American Revolution is eligible for membership.
