County.

The forum will be moderated by Wayne Sparrow, a pioneering journalist in Southeast Texas and owner of Sparrow Funeral Home.The forum will be

held at the Orange Lamar University Nursing Building, 410 Front St., Orange at 6:45 PM on October 30th.
